Refund Policy

At Jungle Gym Martial Arts New Rochelle, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all transactions:

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only available for purchases canceled within three (3) days of the transaction date.

• After the 3-day period, no refunds will be issued on any sales, including but not limited to memberships, classes, events, merchandise, or any other products or services.

Refund Request Process:

• To request a refund within the eligible period, please provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction confirmation) and submit your request in person at our front desk or via email to frank@junglegymnewroc.com

• Refund requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be honored.

Special Exceptions

• Refund exceptions may apply only in cases of program cancellation by Jungle Gym Martial Arts.
